📋 Terms & Conditions

§1 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

You may only use BGX Gaming if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Participation in skill-based competitive online gaming events is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying this before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering for personal use only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online skill gaming or imposes sanctions making your use of the platform illegal.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of BGX Gaming or any affiliated entity.

We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, or jurisdiction at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending evaluation.

§2 Account Registration & Security

• Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts constitute a material breach and result in permanent termination of platform access.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify support immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access.
• Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or sharing account access is prohibited and will result in termination.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at our discretion, with prior notice provided.

§3 BGX Currency

• BGX is a virtual in-game token unlocked through skill achievements, holds no real-world monetary value, and is strictly non-redeemable outside the platform.
• BGX tokens are used exclusively within the BGX Gaming platform as an in-game resource.
• BGX balances do not earn interest and are not insured, protected, or guaranteed by any financial institution.
• BGX cannot be transferred between user accounts under any circumstances.

§4 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and full restriction of platform access:

• Use of bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or any automated assistance tool in any game session.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or results.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities. Exploits must be reported to support immediately — failure to report is treated as intentional abuse.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with game code, APIs, or platform infrastructure.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions or fraud detection systems.
• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose whatsoever.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation directed at other players, support staff, or any BGX Gaming personnel.

§5 Acquiring BGX Tokens

• BGX tokens can be collected through daily check-ins, completing practice milestones, and climbing the leaderboard rankings.
• Participating in community events and achieving skill-based benchmarks will reward you with additional BGX tokens.
• Tokens accumulated from practice sessions and activity milestones are credited automatically at the end of each qualifying session.
• BGX Gaming reserves the right to adjust token distribution rates at any time.

§7 Matchmaking System

A platform matching credit is applied to each game's points pool before distribution to winners. The exact distribution parameters are displayed on each game listing.

§8 Intellectual Property

All content on BGX Gaming — including game code, graphics, UI design, trademarks, logos, branding, and all written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of BGX Gaming or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without express prior written consent from BGX Gaming. Violations may result in civil and criminal liability.

§9 Platform Availability & Liability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or infrastructure issues may cause downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: BGX Gaming's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total virtual token milestone value credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

§10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of BGX Gaming's operation. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to our internal support process. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration. Class action suits and group claims are expressly waived.

§11 Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Where practicable, material changes will be communicated via platform notification or email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

§12 Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not waive any outstanding legal claims against you.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct we determine poses a risk to the platform or other users.
• Upon termination for cause, any BGX balance may be withheld pending evaluation.
