Token requirements for joining a match are final once a gamed session has started. If a session fails to start due to insufficient players within the waiting period, all token requirements are automatically and fully returned to all participants.
If a session is interrupted due to a verified platform-side error (confirmed server crash, critical bug, or data corruption on our infrastructure), all affected token requirements will be returned within 24 hours. Network interruptions, device failures, power outages, or connectivity issues on the player's end do not qualify for returns under any circumstances.
BGX tokens are for in-platform use only. Unused token balance remains in your account indefinitely. Token balances do not carry real-world monetary value.
If an admin cancels a session before it completes, all token requirements are returned to all participating players within 24 hours. You will receive a notification upon completion. BGX Gaming is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such cancellations.
Accounts found to have submitted false session data, exploited token return mechanisms, or damaged the session system will be permanently restricted.
All token disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident. Include: username, session code, date/time, and a clear description. Disputes submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Admin decisions are final and binding.
